High quality education should be available to the top 100% of all students. - Dr. Martha Kanter
Ocean County College’s vision is to provide its over 8,300 students with the opportunity to complete an associate degree wherein the majority of courses are supported with either open educational resources (OER) or low-cost digital learning materials to achieve significant financial savings for students enrolled at our institution. Starting in the Fall 2020 semester, Ocean County College is bundling books and electronic course materials, as well as college and student fees, into the total cost of tuition. In addition to not having to buy books separately, students will no longer pay the Student Fee, Tech Fee, IMAT Fee, or registration fees.
