Book Your Appointment Online

Appointments reserve the Podcast Station for 2-hour blocks of time with an added 15-minute buffer period at the end to allot for proper clean up.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

• A valid proof of affiliation (only the guest who booked the appointment)
• An item for collateral (all users)
  • Please see our FAQs for a list of examples 
• A laptop, microSD card, or USB thumbdrive to save your recordings

Check-In for Your Appointment

• Check-in at Rm 135 in the Russell Building (#7). Library staff will take your group to the Podcast Room. 

• Complete the Podcast Station Agreement: https://forms.office.com/r/Qxr5CY5weG

• Provide proof of Ocean County College or Kean affiliation

• Provide collateral to be picked up at the end of your appointment

At the End of Your Appointment

• Disinfect headphones and microphones using the provided disinfecting wipes
• Alert the circulation desk staff that you are finished
